By installing or using ReportFlow ("the extension"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the extension.
What ReportFlow is
ReportFlow is a browser tool that reads task data from Trello, Asana, and/or ClickUp accounts you connect, and formats it into status reports you can copy, export, or send. It runs entirely in your browser and has no backend server. See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Your account & credentials
- You're responsible for the Trello, Asana, and ClickUp API keys/tokens you generate and paste into ReportFlow, and for keeping them confidential.
- You're responsible for complying with Trello's, Asana's, and ClickUp's own terms of service when using their APIs through ReportFlow.
- You can disconnect any platform or stop using ReportFlow at any time; doing so removes locally stored tokens immediately.
Acceptable use
Use ReportFlow only for lawful purposes and only with accounts and boards you're authorized to access. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the connected platforms' APIs through the extension.
No warranty
ReportFlow is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied โ including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Reports are generated from data pulled from third-party platforms and may be incomplete or out of date if that data changes after a sync.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReportFlow and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the extension, including issues caused by third-party platform outages, API changes, or data loss on those platforms.
Changes
These terms may be updated as ReportFlow evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
